Enjoy a premium course that allows you to fully enjoy Nagano's gourmet cuisine, including Shinshu's specialty Sanzoku-yaki, Shinshu mushroom chirashi sushi, Shinshu salmon, and Shinshu pork miso steak. (On Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays, busy days, and from December 26th to January 4th, a two-hour limit applies, for which an additional 500 yen will be charged.)
